Terms of use

Last updated 14 October 2026.

These terms apply to the Ambiful Worksheets app for iPhone and Android and this website, provided by Ambiful Solutions Private Limited, House No. 1145, Sector 9, Faridabad, Haryana 121006, India ("we"). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Who can use the app

The app is for parents, guardians and tutors aged 18 or over. You hold the account; children use the app only with you, for example when you hand them the phone for practice. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in safe and for what happens in your account.

What the app does

The app makes printable practice worksheets, practice sessions and revision cheat sheets that follow the NCERT syllabus. The questions are original and are made by our own code. We work hard to keep them correct, but they are a practice aid, not a substitute for a child's teacher or textbook. If you find a mistake, report the question in the app and we will check it. We are not affiliated with CBSE or NCERT.

Plans and the Parent subscription

Fair use

Use the app for your own family or the children you teach. Do not copy, resell or republish the worksheets or cheat sheets in bulk, try to break or overload the service, get around plan limits, or use someone else's account. We may suspend an account that does.

Your data

How we collect and use personal data is set out in our privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app; see how to delete your account.

Our content

The app, its questions, worksheets, cheat sheets, sounds and design belong to Ambiful Solutions Private Limited. You may print and use them for your own children or students.

Liability

We provide the app as it is and do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.

The stores

If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and for an important change we tell you in the app or by email first. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Faridabad, Haryana have jurisdiction.
