    34 ÷ 2

  3. 3.

The perpendicular bisector of a line segment:

    1. cuts it into two unequal parts
    2. is parallel to it
    3. cuts it into two equal halves at 90°
    4. meets it at 45°
    Answer

    (c) cuts it into two equal halves at 90°

Section B · short answer

  1. 4.

An angle of 60° is bisected, and then one of the halves is bisected again. What are the sizes of the smallest angles?

    Answer

    15°

    60° ÷ 2 ÷ 2

  2. 5.
